Hehehe,
Dear Mr. Da_Silva,
What was that again about Pauly ?
Did you hear Dario's interview? "Paul should engage his brain"... Hahahaha....
And then the best of all, Tracy giving an interview..."I drove heart broken for 99 laps, I can't beleive I hit Dario, but their was nothing I could do..."sniff sniff...
I really hope Tracy stays on in Cart as he is PURE entertainment, but again, I hope this doesn't happen at Carpentier's expense's.
PS I heard Gerry F. is now talking about FOUR cars next year...Geeezz, why not 18? He'd be sure to win.lol

I didn't watch the race, but can someone tell me what happened?
I have great respect for Tracy. I always considered him a true racer, and in JPMs words, he's one of the harderst racers he's driven against.

Hey, All I said is that Tracy isn't fat and isn't loved by Quebec. LOL. Tracy is a great racer but never fails to leave his head in neutral and produce a brain fart, this is why he has never won the championship he doesn't know when to choose his moments, he goes for it every time, what's not to love about that. LOL.

Here it is, directly from cart.com:
Sunday's race was particularly short for Dario Franchitti, who suffered damaged suspension at Turn 5 on the first lap after an optimistic ;D passing move by Paul Tracy went awry.
All three Team Green entries qualified poorly (Franchitti 14th, Tracy 15th and Michael Andretti 17th) and Dario was on the inside of Oriol Servia entering the “Mile-Wide Hairpin” when Tracy came blazing ;D down the inside carrying at least 20 mph more speed ;D. His green KOOL Honda/Lola bumped ;DFranchitti's blue version, which was then knocked into Servia's Visteon Toyota/Reynard. ;D
Franchitti's right-front suspension was folded back and his day was done ;D. Tracy, meanwhile, executed a 540-degree turn ;Dand resumed racing. ;D He finished eighth. ;D
“I talked to Paul and some of the other guys around me about the start before the race,” Franchitti related. “There was no need to be crazy at the start or on the first lap here, but as usual, Paul came charging in. ;D
“The championship is gone for sure--time is getting short. When you're own teammate takes you out, what can you say?” ;D
Team Boss Barry Green was equally unimpressed with Tracy's move. ;D “I'm mad at him--he took his teammate out,” ;D Green said. “We had a lot of trouble all weekend and we never gave the guys a decent setup. Paul is not very patient, but we've talked about it and talked about it and he knows it's doubly bad when you take out a teammate--especially since Dario just won at Montreal and was right up there in the championship.”
With Cristiano da Matta finishing third Sunday, Franchitti is now 69 points behind the Brazilian with five races to go.
Tracy and Franchitti have had several run-ins during their four-plus years as teammates ;D, most famously at Houston in 1998 ;D, Gateway in 1999 ;Dand Chicago in 2000. ;D But they have remained firm friends.
“I wasn't trying to pass Dario, but I locked the brakes and I couldn't stop,” Tracy stated. “It was my fault and I really feel terrible for Dario. I really don't know what to say to him.” ;D
I added a ;D everytime I though the story was funny. To me Tracy's career is endless ;D Either way Pabs, it was rather boring.(Almost f1ish) Except for the first lap when Pauly came through for me again...What a DC this guys is...lol

I figured it would be...
I watched qualys and it looked almost like the hunga-boring of CART: too tight and too twisty. I decided not to watch the race for this reason. With the lack of overtaking they had at Gilles Villaneuve, I figured there would be even less overtaking in Denver...and to be honest, that's the No. 1 reason I watch CART.
