Ok, I've seen the (somewhat boring) race in Miami. And Christiano was brilliant. This guy's got a racing brain. No unesseceray risks, makes his own luck...
Sure to be a a good asset to Toyota F1.
Better then Salo (with his vast experience)? Probably not. Better then McNish (and his hunger for victory)? Probably.
All in all, Toyota's move still doesn't make that much sense to me...
PS JV was in Miami and was seen talking to Forsythe...Apparently, and according to Gerry, there is still a chance for JV in Cart next year. But Players is only ready to pay 5 millions and they still need 4 million to sign Tag...The saga goes on....

Mmmm Surprise Da Matta won. Wow JV talking to his friend and former team owner. Big deal. JPM was at the race as well.

Talking about JPM... What in hell possesed him to give the green flag to THAT starting grid? Have you seen it? The two first cars were side by side....and the rest were all in a single line...

Wow JV talking to his friend and former team owner. Big deal. Well, Forsythe thinks it might be....That's what he said anyway... The only thing I heard JV say was..."IRL is not a racing series. It has so much engine restrictions and so much aero that any idiot could race one of those cars. It is artificial racing. What'[s more, it poaches good pilot from real series (like cart). I have no respect for it at all"

So he likes CART better than the IRL. Who doesn't?

Woohoo! JV's da man!
Couldn't have said it better myself. A bit like Tracy saying "I'm not driving one of those crap-waggons!"
