not bad times. you want around a 24. 7- 25.3 for a first go. I can get around 23.5 and i have seen a few kids at 22 but they weight like 75 pounds. However, i have reced at that track a few times so it is not fair to compare. This kid you talk about what he some knucklehead tourist or was he some kid that looked like he had done it a few times?

TC...That's freaking flying!!!
My first heat (Friday) I posted a 24.9XX...I forget the exact time! My second heat (Sunday) I couldn't bust 25. Pretty shitty...Pun intended! LOL!
Anyway, if I'm not mistaking...the sheet shows on the far right, the fastest times of the day. I have Friday's Heat Sheet on video. I'll see if I can post a picture here when I get it figured out, and I have Sunday's Heat Sheet at home. I think the fastest times on both days were high 23's!!!
I'll check tomorrow, and let you know when I can! It'd have to be Superman to pop a 22!!! That's freaking flying!!!
I'll see what I can come up with! I believe you have a copy of Sunday's Heat Sheet!!!
In the mean time...Opps, I just realised I'm logged in a smelly socks...er, uh...Oh yeah, RacerX asked me to post this to you!
Stinking up the place, Smelly Socks

Yeah a few kids that go there get some insane times. My girl freinds little brother is able to get those times but he weighs like 110 pounds. With a KArt that is 300 pounds at most at 200 pound guy can really be at a disadvantage. the only advantage a big guy has is that he can stable the kart from bobbing up and down in the turns.
Those kids might be fast but once you are trying pass them thier speed always goes to shit. they get to worried about not getting passed and end up making a mistake.

Journal Entry 324
Like a theif in the night, they come...
Wake up Little Rubens, WAKE UP!!!
Yes, it's me again, the great one, the Michael Schumacker of Karting. Yes, yes, I know it's been awhile, but they've come. We've been challenged in a sneak attack, no time to prepare, no warning, like Pearl Harbor!!!
Wuff, the sneaky Juan PABlo Montoya of karting is back, and this time he's brought with him the great Ronnie Peterson of karting! It'sd a one, two punch!!! They snuck in and romped on our very own backyard, they played right here in Texas!!! It's time for payback little Rubens, it's time to show them "who's who" in the world of karting!
It's party time my little friend, it's party time...Hey, HEY! How dare you go back to sleep...wake-up fool! I say WAKE-UP!!! What, what do you mean my rambling, unbackable threats bore you & put you to slee...hey, I heard that! That does it little Rubens...yeah, yeah, go ahead, go back to sleep, ignore my warning, but come Monday, you too will see that it's ME...IT'S ME I TELL YOU!!! I am karting!!!
I AM KARTING!!!
Go back to sleep you fool....and sleep well, knowing that I, the Michael Schumacker of karting, am prepared to snatch victory from both invaders!!!!
Good night fool, RacerX

Thansk da silva, I'm sure I'll have myhands full. But you know, a win just isn't as much fun, unless you get to beat the guy that mouth's off so much...so I'm trying real hard to make it a great win for Henrik...IF he does come away with a victory! I always feel bad when I beat a "good guy" type. It's not as much fun. It's always great beating some one that's more like a rivalry! So, I have to do my best to generate, or create a rivalry like feeling. I felt like sh*t when I beat Pabs. I wish he'd have been meaner...LOL! So, hopefully, if Henrik gets a win, he'll have an opportunity to lavish in being victorious over the "Great One"...the Michael Schumacker of Karting!!! LOL! I hope cine_man enjoyed his one victory over the great Schumi, but I swear, if I were 100%, I'd have handed him a plate full of defeat...LOL! (Just teasing cine_man, more "trash talking" to stir it up, should we ever get an opportunity of a rematch!!!) da silva, while no one's really paying attention, could you give me a few tips on his weaknesses? Can I get to him mentally? or Should I just loosen a plug wire? Thanks... LOL, RacerX

Hehehe, Sounds like he's already done a few laps on your home track. But it is YOUR track, attack right away go for your fastest lap right off, this may demoralise him somewhat if you can use your knowledge of the track and karts to your advantage. Secondly don't be intimidated by his knowledge of karting. Perhaps you can get a little practise in before he comes back, don't overdrive the kart, smooth is the rule and the fastest way around the track but be agressive. And never look at what is behind you, always keep your focus on whats ahead, as soon as you begin to concentrate on whats behind you, you will slow down. Good luck my fellow whore.
