Proposed Rule- No testing 24 Hours Before Race

As a suggestion to prevent running out of bandwidth- how do you feel about implementing a 24 hour race ban prior to FPOTM?

This will add to the excitement- making everyone "doubt" the reliability of the clock changes- AND prevent people running excessive time tests the day before the race and crashing the server.

I'll collect the results of this poll November 8th... If the majority votes yes- I'll make the code changes before the end of the month.

But we can still have LPOTM since the clock is disabled right?

LPOTM will still run- it will work like the 2 hour testing ban currently in place!
