3.6 COMING SOON: Once the correct coding has been written you will forced to wait 2 minutes after posting a message between 23:50 until 0:03 before being allowed to post another message.
Wycco - how accurate will this be (the forced 2 minute wait)? Will it be exactly 120 seconds from last post to next post?

It is not written yet- but it will be exactly 120 seconds once I have written it.
The purpose behind it will be to prevent people "Flooding" during FPOTM (ie opening 5 or 6 windows and clicking on all of them at about the right time hoping to get the winning post).
I'll let everyone know once I make code changes- I've deliberately been waiting until after the race today before I make such changes (don't want to throw anyone off).

Actually- I guess 2 mins is a little harsh... 2 seconds would acheive the same objective...
I'll probably set it to 2 seconds... that should be a little less painfull for people that jump the gun!

I agree Wyc, for there will be those perfect posters (much unlike myself) whom will reach to acheive both LPOTM & FPOTM! Two minutes could really kill that, no?
I say two seconds is sufficient! ;-)
BTW-While you're re-typing that code, could you get it to only recognize posts from Team TWR, for say...oh the first 5 minutes of the day? ;-)
Thanks Wyc, you're the greatest...

NO WYCCO!!!
I think your original idea was perfect - a 2 minute gap is the way to go. That will make a real competition for people like me that want to try for both LPOTM and FPOTM.
But we need to know the code structure - will it "disregard" any attempts to post inside the 120 seconds or will it merely put them on hold...

No,
It won't put it on hold... you will get a "Flood Control" message appear on the screen and the post won't go through. So people jumping the gun on posting the 2nd message will get delayed.
