The third season is quickly drawing to a close, but there are still some fights left to attend. The season has been long, and for some contenders exceptionally hot. Has this had an effect on their fighting form?
This week I received well in time the strategies for Ruby2 and Danny Boy, and was a bit surprised by the results.
I had been expecting Ruby2 to start of with some left-over paper from the wrapping of her birthday presents, and no doubt so had Danny Boy too. Instead to the general surprise of all spectators, Ruby2 threw a rock in the ring, crushing Danny Boy's scissors. 2 points to Ruby2.
Thinking that it was probably a one-off, Danny Boy got out a new pair of scissors for the second round, only to be crushed yet again by Ruby2's rock. Another two points, making that Ruby4.
In the last round, Ruby2 must have run out of rocks, and so this time she did indeed bring the present wrapping. Danny Boy had not changed his strategy, and so was finally victorious with his scissors cutting up the paper.
Final result 4 - 2 for Ruby2.

With plenty of time to spare- Julio and Mo both submitted their links early to me...
If ever a match was close matched this was the one.
As soon as round one began- Julio reached for the scissors and thrust them at Mo- only to realise Mo too had brought out the snip-snips...
ROUND 1: Julio_Montoya 1 : Mo 1
Mo, quickly countered in round 2 with a piece of paper only to find himself countered with Julio ALSO bringing out a piece of paper... ANOTHER draw!
ROUND 1: Julio_Montoya 2 : Mo 2
So far the match had been close- both competitors had pulled the same weapon every time... Round 3 was going to decide the ultimate winner of the match...
Alas- the both drew a rock- and the game ended a draw... it was like watching a man attack a mirror!
ROUND 1: Julio_Montoya 3 : Mo 3
Well done to you both... a very close battle- perhaps the closest all season!

Match 1 this week goes to Paper Boy who played his usual paper strategy against an ever-fading BrainFade (assuming he won't show up before the end of the day)
Match 2 was Wycco vs. Da Silva
Round 1.
Wycco quickly decides to attack Da Silva with a rock-solid attack but Da Silva proves to be a tough contender with a rock-solid defense. 1-1
Round 2.
Not convinced about the strength of Da Silva's defenses, Wycco attacks with rock again with fools Da Silva's scissors. 3-1
Round 3.
To round up the "caveman" approach, Wycco decides to attack with rock again, but Da Silva is now aware of Wycco's strategy and counter-attacks with paper. 3-3
So it's a tie!!
