Episode 2 is out soon, and i was a lucky boy to receive a copy of the book today... and after 5 hrs, i read all 353 pages.
what can i say? well, if you like the star wars movies i think this one may be the best yet. less jar-jar, and way more than you can ever imagine.
it does touch on a lot of the world of star wars that already exists, and it opens up more to soak in. this movie will piece together more of the movie, and the entire story as whole, and i must say that George lucas is absolutely brilliant.
verdict: this will be one of the best movies you will see in ages., and i think it could be the the best in the entire 6 part series.
p.s. episode 3 is going to be HUGE!

Well I'm not a SW junkie by any definition...
but I loved the first trilogy and was prepared to love the Phantom Menace.
What a horrible- horrible disapointment that was. Despite eagerly heading to the cinema for episode one- I shall not be doing so for episode two (unless 1,000,000 tell me the movie was excellent).
Quite frankly- Phantom Menace was SOOOO bad- I won't hype myself up for a Lucas film again.
Will episode 2 be any good? Well... it still has Jar Jar Binks in it... maybe alot less- but any Jar Jar Binks is bad.
N'Sync have a cameo in episode 2... NOT GOOD! I think episode 2 is a wait for video for me... I may be proved wrong but from what I've got to go on Lucas has lost it!

Yeah but it looks like all the real fun begin with episode 2. We see Boba Fett and father. We also see some love/sex *you know what i mean) that was really lacking in episode 1. Also all hell begin to break loose.

Sort of.I like the lightsabres.Some of it can B a little annoying though.I'll probably catch it @ some point.Spiderman will B 1 I'm waiting 4,along with the next 2 Matrix movies.

well, there is jar-jar, and this story will tower above phantom menace in quality. but on another note, it will make you understand phantom menace more.. as the story continues.
you will see the biggest jedi fighting ever.
and sexy padme amidala.
the new sith... with a twist.
and more............................
Mace windoo ( samuel L jackson ) has a purple lightsaber!

Is R2D2 finally going to have that love affair with the trash compactor? Is Boba fet's father also a mute?
How did Chewbaka ruin his philishave? Is yoda gay?
All these questions (and more) will be answered tonight!!!
I am only joking out of spite. I like Wycco was a fan...before episode one....Woaw was that movie a turnoff or what? I think when he has too much money, Lucas goes tacky! But we might very well be wrong.

Critics are already blasting it. Some though love the movie, but as i say a poorly written porno is better than #1 critic ranked Citizen CAne

attack of the clones?  fantastic! ;D ;D ;D ;D the jedi battles were sensational...the climatic battle amazing and the love story only bordering on the unbelievable and sickening.  amidala's body is still just as good and anakina deseves credit for portraying a magnificent vader to be...he had a real presence...  showed phantom up to be a steaming pile of dog droppings...but also explained a few points..  as for the big twist someone eluded to...shoulda seen it coming.  Lucas has finally done the trilogy justice and in true ESB style gave us a genuine climax whilst leaving one dangling in anticipation of episode 3, unlike lord of the rings which fell off middle earth.  and 3-PO, where the hell were all his funny lines in the orignals...maybe i didnt have a sense of humour at age 8 but he was an absolute pisser....  oh yeah...wait for yoda to brandish a lightsaber...worth the 12 bucks... ;D the force is back my friends...im off to see it again! |

WOW!!!!I LOVED IT!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D padme... is HOT the movie is , well, perfect! truly the best efx movie made at present. Lucas knows how to make a movie... god, i am still buzzing from it! settling down now..... truly a breathtaking movie, and Lucas has fused together the movies seemlessly. the stage has been set for the finale. i am not a person to give it away, but i HIGHLY RECCOMMEND that everyone sees it. yes, there is only 5 mins of Jar Jar, and he is not an idiot like the other movie. YODA.... the true jedi master. the meanest, baddest little green thing in the universe. his swordfight has to be the best one ever. Mace windoo (Samuel L jackson) does his business too, in fine form. i cannot pick a single thing wrong in this film and i am off to see it again next week.. rating: 35 out of 10! may the force be with you!

Well i saw it last night and i have to say that it was really good. I might go again this weekend during the day. Portman (Padme) is cute as hell with the bodyto go with it. I didn't see N'Suck so that was a relief (thank god). I can see where the story is going now and i think i know how Anikin will turn to the dark side.
However, seeing Yoda fight was worth the money. the theatre went nuts when Yoda grabbed his lightsabre. the funniest part was the fact that after his battle he grabs his cane and walk slow again. truly good stuff. ;D
