LOL... and can you show any correlation between taxes and any of those across the board...
LOL...
Who won- once again you make the fallacy saying US has a higher crime rate... Thats simply not true... Overall crime in the US is half what it is in Europe per 100k THATS FROM INTERPOL...
Re violent crime... with the exception of the Carolina's and Georgia which have (embarrasingly) a high violent crime rate (and incidentally a higher tax rate than the rest of the south)- the states with the highest incidences of violent crime are the West coast and the New England states.
These are also the regions of the country with the softest stance on crime and the highest tax rates...
You provide absolutely no proof that tax has anything to do with moral stability.
First off you claim it causes the economy to fall if taxes are low.
Prooved wrong by the fact that US has a higher per capita GDP than all countries except Luxembourg.
Next you claimed low taxes cause unemployment:
Proved wrong by the fact states with higher taxes have a direct correlation with states with high unemployment.
You claim low taxes causes violent crime... Why do left wing- high tax states have a higher rate of violent crime than the national average then?
You quote a bunch of facts about murder and teenage pregnancies and gun ownership claiming they're caused by low taxes...
At this point I'm not sure if you're just trying to bash America in general OR if you're trying to make a point that the negative stats are because America has low tax rates....
I would like to see how Gun ownership has anything to do with taxes!
The reason American gun ownership is higher in the US than Europe is... duh... it's legal in the US and easy to get a gun. That, like most of your stats have nothing to do with taxes!
I'm fairly sure Murder rate could possibly be tied to gun ownership too... its a heck of a lot easier to murder with a gun then without one.
RE Income Inequality rate:
Of course its higher in the US- we have more Billionaires aand millionaires than the rest of the world combined..
Home Ownership:
Higher than much of Europe... no big deal. Decline in Home Ownership is a sign that the US is moving to the cities where Home Ownership is harder. Population trends across the US in recent decades has been away from the country and in to cities. Mid-large size cities in the US have been growing rapidly- while many mid west "farm" towns have lost much of their population.
In fact # of people per household has DECREASED- meaning people have more money to spend on housing so can live in smaller #'s- this is a big sign of increased prosperity.
Percent of Families earning two paychecks:
How is this a bad thing? Are you trying to say women shouldn't be allowed to work?
Re Nutrition and Health:
Personally, I think America's health care program IS bad- and SHOULD be state sponsored...
Health\Protection and Security are the 3 things government SHOULD provide. I'm not going to disagree with you there.
But as a side note- the American economy is robust enough that people can afford to eat out more often than any other country- most American restaurants offer unhealthy foods. So this is very much a cultural issue.
Debt/Investments:
LOL- OK the US is a nation of "gotta have its" and spend before I have the cash.... This looks bad for the US... but I thought the issue was if this is due to low taxes...
Japan also has low taxes- and they look VERY good by your stats... can't blame low taxes for that! Same with the Middle Class stats... Japan ranks highest...
who won- when I look at the stats you brought up- not ONE of them really is indicative of low taxes being delaterious... it looks more like you simply want to bash the US.
In all your research- which you obviously did a lot of... Could you not find ONE single stat to link low taxes with financial doom- or societal dysfunction?
LOL...
