It sounds like a blame the victim for the position the victim finds himself him post. First the Turks and The Ottman Empire had them in their grip. After WW1 the West I believe divided the middle east and supported any one who was "friendly" to them regardless of what they did to their own people. Brief but I think you get my point. For something even more controversial check this out cryptome.org/rad.htm#V

The original is found below www.newamericancentury.org/RebuildingAmericasDefenses.pdf It was produced by a Neo-Conservative think tank for ready, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz Jeb Bush and Lewis Libby (Cheney's chief of staff). This was written in September 2000 by Project for the New American Century. Pax America are you ready for it?

That should be Pax Americana he he My latin's not what it used to be. Anyways Iraq is only the first step of the Master Plan if you will. I hope they do a better job in Iraq than they did in Afghanistan. The warlords are back in power in their own little corners, keeping the country from being united by a central government with real clout. Almost as if it was planned that way. Bush left out money for Afghanistan in his budget. Congress had to slip in 350 mill for it. Promises made, promises kept yea right! Well as long as the terrorists are kept at bay and the pipeline can be built and protected things are fine. Gee I wonder who has that contract?
