Well, Baby Bush said "Bring'em on"...well, guess what ? They are bringing them on, indeed !!!
The toll of U.S. troops killed in postwar Iraq surpassed the number killed in major combat on Tuesday, reaching 139 with the death of a soldier in a roadside bombing.
Two other soldiers were wounded when the bomb hit a support convoy in the town of Hamariyah, 16 miles northwest of Baghdad, the military announced.
The incident brought the death toll since May 1, when President Bush declared an end to major combat, to one more than the number of troops who died during heavy fighting before that date. Since the war began March 20, 277 U.S. forces have died.
I am pretty happy Canada did not get bullied into that agression.

Here is some info that brings this down to a good level. The country of Iraq is roughly the same size and the same population of California. In Cali there is roughly 6.6 murders each day. In iraq there is roughly 1.1 Murder/accidental death each day. So in twisted thory they are safer in Iraq that Cali. Odd and the numbers are scewed with diffrent poulations getting hit i know, but interesting. Or with the population of Rhode Island being closer to the amount of troops, you are still more likely to be killed in Rhode island than Iraq.
Bring em on, is good if you ask me. The attacks are almost always foriegners that slipped through syria or Iran. So as long as they keep coming we can keep shooting all the terrorists.
Iraq is at 80% power, oil, water, etc of prewar levels. when these foriegners get shot up enough, they will stop blowing up the power grids and other stuff amd let the people life a good life.
As for MOral, it is HIGH. I got 3 buddies over there and they have said everyone is nice and most of the time they dont have to wear vest even in the shiite areas. Dont let the doom and gloom of the media fool you into thinking it is bad.
