?? Greg, carboloading, ie to load carbohydrates. It's a practised usd by some atheletes where they deplete their carbohydrate stores to very low levels and shock their system by loading it all back and more in a period of 2 to 3 days. Some feel this practise provides the body with the additional energy reserves for endurance events. I just keep eating what I usually do. CL is too much effort and does seem to be good

this is based purely on observation about myself... I used to eat 6 times a day and with lots of CH too, pasta, honey, etc. But I also went to the gym 4-5 times a week. I didn't get fat. Now I barely eat 3 times a day, don't go to the gym but as soon as I eat a cookie it somehow finds its way and lands on my (now) fat stomach. So I guess it all depends how much you exercise.

Well, I'm still relatively young but should start exercising more to get rid of the nasty fat belt.
