My Montreal Canadiens made the playoffs. Woohoo. Rx, doesn't look good for your Stars. Close though, intersting last few games.

Wuff...(bad one)....
It's looking mighty grim for the greatest franchised ever assymbled on ice!!! LOL...;-)
I will pull for your Canadiens, but first I promised NorthCoast I'd pull for his Sabres....but they're barely looking better than the Stars, so it might be the Canadiens....
Wuff to the Red Wings, too though. I don't know how they do it, but year in and year out they're kicking some major butt! Don't those guys EVER age?? LOL.
Hoping for a miracle (or is it too late), RacerX

Still in with a chance Wick, although very slim one. At least Iginla will win the scoring title. Rx the Wings secret is Scotty Bowman, he is the reason they win so much, you should check out Scotty's career stats, phenomenal. Oh and yeah bye bye Sabres. Hehe. Unfortunately the Habs will have to face the Bruins, never liked the Bruins, oh well maybe we'll see some good original six hockey.

Tis a curse, although I would love to see the Wings against the Avs in the final. If my Habs don't go all the way of course.

lol da_silva! you read my mind, I was watching hockey last night and at the end of the game they ran through the division standings well there were my habs in position 8 with 2 games remaining!!!woohoo!!! ;D It's sad, but it's been a while since we made the playoffs and I think that if we made the playoffs the city would go nuts (well not quite i guess) but still, it would be a minor miracle!!! Jeez, i never would have thought i'd be cheering just to make the playoffs a, few years ago not winning the cup was a failure in my eyes! how times change. And yes, henrik, if the habs don't make it, go Aves and Maple leaves all the way!!!

did toronto even make it? lol! i never pay attention to them. they're the 'other' canadian team, and i hate them when they play the habs...but canadian hockey is really going down the drain, so any canadian team up there is great! ;D

I remember being in Montreal for the GP and the Habs had won the cup. The parade was delayed for a day to contain the rioters. We were at Chateau Versailles when the riot police got off the bus to contain the parade. It's some of the best video I ever shot and the party carried on to the wee hours. (I actually got arrested later that morning for being at a party that my son and his friends found, but they let the Americans go to buy $4.50 glasses of skunky beer at the track the next morning). I'm going for Ottawa to start, and then to the Bruins, if necessary. :Freak: NC
